Privacy Policy
Effective August 6, 2026
Casey Allen Insurance Agency, Inc. LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you visit our website (the “Website”), and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in various ways, including:
- Personal Information: We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form, request a quote, subscribe to our services, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about the property, vehicles, or risks you would like to insure.
- Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our Website, we may collect certain information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.
Our website assistant
Our Website offers an automated assistant that can hold a short conversation with you to understand what you would like to insure. Please note:
- The assistant is automated software, not a licensed insurance agent. It does not provide quotes, bind coverage, or give insurance advice. A licensed member of our team personally reviews every request and follows up with you.
- To understand and respond to your messages, the text of your conversation is processed by a third-party artificial intelligence provider acting as our service provider. It is not used to advertise to you.
- Information you provide in the conversation — along with a record of the conversation — is delivered to our agency by email and stored in our business systems so we can prepare your quote and follow up.
- Please do not enter sensitive information into the chat, such as your Social Security number, driver's license number, payment card or bank account details, or health information. If we need any of that to complete your quote, we will collect it from you directly and securely.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To prepare quotes, service your policies, and respond to your questions and requests.
- To communicate with you, including sending you updates and, where you have asked for them, marketing materials.
- To analyze usage and trends to improve user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, website hosting, email and business software, and the artificial intelligence provider that powers our website assistant. These vendors are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
- With Insurance Carriers: To obtain quotes and place or service coverage on your behalf, we share the information you give us with insurance companies and their affiliates.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We do not share your SMS consent or phone number with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights concerning your personal information:
- Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions, including records we are required to retain.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell it) or to limit the use of your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 7.
5. Security of Your Information
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
